[TenTec] Power Supply temperature

I've had the issue with every Ten Tec power supply of that vintage 
especially during contests. A small fan blowing on it fixes the problem.

extremely hot, even
wit hcasual CW operation.

Has anyone else noticed the same? I can barely touch the fins on th eback.
