[TenTec] Question on Model 238C

I have never seen a Model 238C.
I read something about it being improved over the older models in that it
has better capacitors.
Has Ten-Tec finally replaced the 4 disc ceramic capacitors with door knob
caps?
If that's not the difference, what is it?

BTW, although I have poor eyesight and can't read the S-meter on my Eagle,
the eyes are still good enough to spot the cross needle watt meter in the
"C". (hi)
