By all reports and my own observations, the guys in New England who 
hosted WRTC this time did a superb job. They started finding and 
securing sites almost immediately after being selected (perhaps even 
before), had 30 or so stations active from these sites in several major 
DX contests over a two year period, and tested their effectiveness with 
extensive study of the RBN database.
