[TenTec] Eagle Argonaut VI and OmniRig

Rick, DJ0IP,  and I finished the effort to get the Eagle and Argonaut VI
working with OmniRig, which means it can now function through OmniRig with
WinTest, AALog and a myriad of other programs.
I verified it with OmniRig and WIN-TEST with an Eagle and an Argonaut VI.
Rick verified it with OmniRig and AALog and WIN-TEST with an Eagle.
For now, I'm going to post this message to a couple of forums, and put the
TenTec Eagle.ini file in the Eagle Yahoo group files section. Along with a
readme file just saying to use it in OmniRig, place it in the OmniRig Rigs
folder, and then select it in the OmniRig drop down box for Eagles,
Argonaut VIs, etc. and any rig based on that protocol will use the TenTec
Eagle.ini file, similar to how compatible rigs such as the Argonaut VI uses
the TenTec EagleUSB drivers.
