[TenTec] OT: new SDR

I know we've recently discussed SDRs on the reflector so please excuse this
off-topic post.  There's a nice looking SDR in the works out of Russia with
its own front panel.  It actually has an embedded i5 processor.  It is
going to be introduced at Friedrichshafen.  There have been quite a few
youtube videos of it in prototype phase over the past year or so.  Here's a

I don't know anything else about it.
