[TenTec] Alpha Amplifiers and TEN-TEC Merge

It sounds to me as if the recent retirement of the founding, and presumably
only, shareholders is behind this.  They needed a way to liquidate their
investment and provide for management going forward, a very common problem
of closely held businesses.  I'd guess this is the "exit strategy" for the
TenTec owners.
