Let's not forget the guy I consider more important in making Ten Tec the 
great company that it was, Al Kahn, K4FW.  Ten Tec was the second great 
company he started and ran until his partner Lou Burroughs wanted to 
cash out -- Electro-Voice. Without any fanfare, Al kept ARRL going 
during WW11, and was very supportive of Heathkit.
