[TenTec] Eagle problem?

Seems easy enought to do.   Certaily I'd operate without the external ground 
connected.  This being said presumes you have 3rd pin ground being used for 
the power supply and the amp.  If these are "lifted" then it is not 
adviseable to remove the other ground.  In any event, NEC requires 3rd pin 
ground to be in place.

Also, the external ground must be bonded outside of the structure to the AC 
mains ground.  This too per NEC.
