[TenTec] repairs

I like the way the Palstar looks kind of "retro" like a Drake 2B.
If I went to HRO, for example..and it worked. I'd check how does it feel.
Drake-like, or MFJ-like. If there is any sense of quality...I'd think 
about it up to about $800.00.
Any more than that...there are better choices.
As you mentioned,
Rigs like the Hilberling, or even more so...the DZ kit radio....I just 
don't understand what someone was thinking!!
