[TenTec] Argo V and digital modes

What ever level it takes to keep below the ALC threshold would be the 
correct power level.  Same for the  100 watt rigs too.

However, with the Argonaut VI the ALC circuit is of different design and one 
can run a full 10 watts.

In all cases, do not have any Speech Processing engaged.
