The Elecraft KPA500 is full QSK (diode switched, 600W out into a matched 
load) sells for $2,100 as a kit, $200 more built, and it covers 160M - 
6M. The build is so easy that it's dumb to buy it built unless you have 
some sort of handicap that prevents you from screwing parts of a chassis 
together and plugging boards together.
