[TenTec] Current Service from TenTec

Has anyone had an item accepted for service lately from TenTec? I sent in
the information for an Orion and haven't received an RMA number. All I've
received is a note saying someone on the team would get back to me. I even
sent another note and heard nothing. It was about four weeks ago that I sent
the first note.

My Orion was just sitting on my desk for over two years, and when I then
turned it on, I got nothing. Thus, I am assuming it's the battery or perhaps
old capacitors. As my hands tremble, I wouldn't dare try this myself. Does
anyone out there do such work?
