[TenTec] OT: Columbian Army hid CW Message in a Song for Hostages

I'm almost exclusively CW, though I readily admit that I'm not on the air as much as I wish to be. But I also admit that didn't listen the first time with much care. I'll have to do so when I'm less distracted.
