[TenTec] [Bulk] pay pal problems??

thanks for the advice everyone….got a little spooked when logging into paypal and noticed there was a 21 day freeze on payout on my account…a couple of emails to them got it unfrozen, but never did get a reply back from them as to what caused the freeze in the first place…
Then got the little email I forwarded to this group.
I also forwarded to pay pals spoof at paypal.
