A bit off thread, but…has anyone else been having problems lately with 
paypal since they split from ebay? This was the body of a message I got 
today from paypal after having my account frozen for 21 days for no clear 
apparent reason….this after being their customer for a long time and having 
a 100 percent seller rating.
