[TenTec] Orion 2 Filter Installation

This is true but I wouldn't rely on the filter labels having been
consistently applied.  I would look at the filter pins and see which pins
are grounded to the case and orient the filter so the grounded pins go into
the grounded socket pins on the Orion II PCB.
