[TenTec] Question about Omni VI Plus ALC

Jim this was on USB and it happens with the processor off and mic gain 
set to 0. If you increase the power above 10 or 15 watts the light does 
not come on when keyed. It's only on low power. Everything appears to be 
working and i get good signal and audio reports but I was just curious 
about this.
