[TenTec] Model 411 amp (aka Centaur)

     PS- Plate volts read around normal for no load.
    One thing that bugs me though is the in-rush sound. It's loud !!!

  It has stayed on with the tubes removed for a while.? 
  I'm examining/ohming the tubes now.
