How do you get to the contacts = they are not exposed.,

DeOxit. Red liquid. Put a tiny drop on the end of a toothpick, apply to 
contacts. Move switch around, remove with cotton swab. 

Warning. This will cause the wafers to swell, do not get any on them. 

Also do not use the spray.
