Turn power sw off, pull power sw out from the front,  get new sw from Ten

the power switch has just failed in the on position on my orion 2….how hard 
to replace and is there an aftermarket switch I can use in its stead that 
looks like poem?

ok to use the power supply switch for rig power on and off in the meantime?
