[TenTec] OMNI VII works for 30 min then SWR rises

Fairly new not used much OMNI VII works fine at 80w or so either on a dummy
load or an antenna for 30 minutes or so when turned on, then SWR meter on
screen shows full scale and seems to stop transmitting/working.

Any ideas?
