Steve, just sent john henry a post about the rkr warranty issue so far with no response.. In January I drove over to ten Tec & talked to Boyd in service & he stated rkr in warranty radios would be covered! Yesterday apparently dishtronix changed their mind as from now on there will be a charge to work on in warranty radios sold by rkr. I may be wrong but I believe this has not been the case regarding some in warranty repairs shipped thus far the last 2weeks.. Legally dishtronix does not have to honor warranties on rkr products.
