[TenTec] Scout troubles

I have a Scout that I run mobile, really like the little rig.  As far as it
getting chirpy, it must have a good solid 13.8 volt power source.  Be sure
your power supply is ok.  The only trouble I have with mine is when I shut
off the engine in my truck.  It only takes a couple of minutes to get
flakey running off the battery only.  Good Luck with it.
