[TenTec] Omvni VI Plus Diagrams

I would suggest that the early 564 boards (1997) were identical to the 563
option 3.  But in 1998, Ten-Tec redesigned the* 564's *logic board, PBT
board, Control board and IF/AF board and switched to SMD parts.
