Rick,this is not personal why are you making it personal ? .People are stating their recent experiences with Ten Tec if that offends you so be it .Are you the arbiter of what can be said here ?Because you dont like it it cannot be posted ? And if you have any balls at all, perhaps next time you post you will state your call sign.
Ten-Tec is currently running on limited resources and has limited services.
Mike has clearly stated what the services are and why it is that way.
Ten-Tec is delivering on what they have stated they are currently capable of doing.
It may not be the Ten-Tec we want, but it is better than no Ten-Tec at all.
The door is wide open, Alan.
You are free to go and don't let the door hit you in your fanny on the way out.

Let me make a point very clear because some people make quite negative comments.
I am in no way upset with Ten Tec's repairs or with the new system. I'm sure I phoned Ten Tec in the past with very stupid service questions.
When Bill (I think that's his name but I am terrible with names) called to tell me repairs on my OMNI VII were done, he was friendly and pleasant and knowledgeable.
I hope Ten Tec returns to full form if possible.
In the meantime, nasty comments don't help anything.
