[TenTec] Replacement VFO encoder for TT Jupiter

   Bob,  Congrats on getting the radio up and running again, always good 
to hear of another rig coming back to life..
   A general question however..  Has Ten Tec began selling individual 
repair parts again?  If so what is the contact
