You can unplug the signal in and out of dsp on main board and touch them 
together
See if it is getting through the dsp
I had that problem and it was the regulator supplying voltage to dsp chip.

Good morning all, turned on my Omni VI+ this morning and I have no
receive audio of rf signals.
What I do have is atmospheric noise on all bands but no signals either
SSB or CW.

I have tried master reset twice. Checked for loose connections inside
with no luck.

I do have TX output.

Corsair II on same antennas work fine.

Any suggestions?
