[TenTec] TenTec Scout 555 with sudden lost of RF output

Assuming I did everything correctly - I'll have to guess it is 'something else' as I was unable to get any output after bypassing the finals board. Also guessing I'm in a bit deeper now and should locate a local helper for guidance - but in the mean time, any ideas about what I might possibly check next?
