Issue solved, (I think)
So trying the suggestions I did a full Firmware update or reinstall. Seemed like that DID NOT solve issue. So per discussion on the Yahoo group I did downgrade to 3.026 Version. Did master resets and ram clears after installs etc. That seemed to be better, then I went back to the 3.033xe Firmware, 
Think that solved it! Listening tonight on 20m to strong station and not getting the noise pulse but band is quiet so went to 40m and again tried strong station, tuned off and again no noise pulse with SSB audio. Went to CW and tried same and again NO noticible pulsing of noise when tuned off frequency of S9 station. Not many stations on tonight but sure sounds better to me. Will play more in next few days and if find out different I will update the thread. Really seemed like something was hung up in the 3.033xe install that needed to get wiped out.
