Needing help, please.

The Omni here is very new to me and I'm having a display issue.

Tried a master reset and still have pixelation/fuzzy issues with the
display on the Omni here. If this has happened to anyone else, please let's
talk. New to me and sees to work fine - make contacts, great audio, etc. -
just almost unreadable.
