Hi Gary,

I did it to mine years ago, also off by about 80. But did not jot down how. 
I think procedure was posted by K4TAX back then on reflector. You need a 
very tiny jewelers screwdriver; I recall that much. Please contact him.

Since there is no service manual for the Eagle on TT web site, I wondered if 
anyone hd the procedure to calibrate the frequency of an Eagle.

Mine is about 80 Hz off on WWV.
