[TenTec] Eagle, no 80m

I would suspect a relay or relays on the LPF {Low Pass Filter} board has
failed.   That would be K11 or K2 as they switch the filter components
for 80M both TX and RX.  The relay coils are wired in parallel.   The
80M section covers 2.5 MHz - 4.0 MHz. If one relay fails that band is
not operational.  You can measure the relay coils in the circuit,
looking for a pair with higher resistance, indicating one of the two
coils is open.  Your guess then as to which one has failed is a flip of
the coin.   I usually remove both of them and replace both with new
ones.   Although these relays are 12V relays, it is not uncommon for the
coil to open up.

Or perhaps logic voltage to switch to that band.  Check the voltage at
pin #3 on U1 Could be a connector issue at J1.

Yes the receiver is an excellent receiver.  Very quiet and the DSP
provides the IF selectivity while the filters provide roofing properties
and AGC protection from adjacent strong signals.
