[TenTec] Omni V narrow (model 218) 9 MHz crystal ladder filter option.

Open the radio, pull the filter and clean the pins and then put the 
filter back in place.   Also do the same with the gain jumper.   Sounds 
as though the radio would be served better with a good connector 
cleaning and exercising.
