For CW, I use SONY WH-1000XM4.  They're lightweight, accommodate large 
ears, provide a light-weight very flexible cord and have a noise 
cancelling feature that absolutely kills noise from amplifier fans, 
etc.  For SSB, Heil Pro 7. A bit heavy, but the optional real leather 
cushions (carefully hidden in the new box) are very comfortable over the 
long haul.
