[TOEC] BC on 7090

Hej vänner!Min goda vän Chen BY1HAM i Beijing vill ha hjälp med att
lyssna efter
en ny BC station i Taiwan på 7090 kHz. Jag tror att han vill samla
rapporter om att stationen hörs runt om i världen för att sedan utöva
påtryckningar om att den bör flytta ut ur amatörradiobandet.

Chen var till för två år sedan anställd, och nyckelperson på CRSA
(Kinas motsvarighet till SSA). Chen hjälpte mig när jag planerade
första EME-aktiviteten någonsin från BY, och han var med och körde de
första gångerna.
