I vote for two weekends 24 hours each. If we put them together, the synergy
would be negative. We get more qsos the way things are now. However average
rate would be higher if there was only one 24 hour CW/SSB/mixed -weekend.

But the king-idea would be letting scandinavians work each other as well.
During these spots we have now it would give something to do in early
morning hours. Just one point per qso and only countries as multipliers. Own
country zero points but allowed to make qsos.

couldn't resist to writing a couple of lines.
 
Single-weekend-SAC would certainly be great. But, no mixed mode, that would
kill SAC. Instead, put CW and SSB back to back. Either one first and the
other right after or after a short break.
 
Contest duration? 12h CW plus 12h SSB, or 24h CW plus 24h SSB. Or something
else, doesn't really matter as long as it isn't mixed mode.
