Hello Janne!

I kind of agree with you that some of those changes are perhaps an
overkill...

My info was just meant to be a reminder of a nice contest - not a support
for any new rules :)

There is also an issue regarding LP and QRP stations that I found a little
"foggy"...  Could not really figure out why just those categories should
start mentioning coax type, coax length, height above Sea Level of the QTH
etc...    ASL elevation according to my understanding is not telling
anything at all...   A 20 meter high antenna 5 meters from the Indian Ocean
(20 meters ASL) can work a hundred times better than the same type of
antenna, 4 meters above ground level) at 5000 meter ASL in a deep valley of
Himalaya, surrounded by 3000 meter higher peaks...

I informed my Russian colleagues about those things - we will see if any
reactions come ;)
