TopBand: Inverted "L" Antenna

Reference a recent note on vacumm variable caps, ie; 500 at 5000KV etc.
Where is a good source for them? (hamfest season is pretty much shot).
Any suggestions on where I can find one?? Currently using an air variable
that will might not like the Pennsylvania winters.
