TopBand: Long path USA

October 15  s.s./s.r. 1028/2135z. 1100/1245z looking for Ron, T28RW. no sign 
here. Heard W3RCQ at 1134z calling cq, 569. 2055/2122z band dead only 
static....Why did I get up this am at 0455 local? I could have been in bed 
dreaming of the P5!......listen, cq, listen cq...static...2123z ZS5LB comes 
back to cq, followed by VE1ZZ ( always there ), G3TBK AND at 2135 K1UO, Larry 
in Maine 569 both ways. This is the earliest in the year I've made long path 
to the USA. No other takers........I'm glad I got up this am...that's 160. 73
