TopBand: Overseas Plug Configs and Voltages

I have added a resource to the CADXA home page which may be useful to those
going on DXpeditions or just plan to operate overseas. It is a table of the
the AC mains voltages for well over 100 countries plus a diagram showing
what the pin configurations of the plugs look like.
