There has been no published article. I first mentioned the concept about
6 months ago on this reflector. After getting insulted by a resident
expert I just shut up.
I have been using them for about 12+ years and they do not work since I
only have 262 countries on 160.
Please E-mail me directly and I will provide you with some "suggestions"
