TopBand: TBDC info needed

Hi all, I'm finally back on this reflector after getting dropped somehow
and my not realizing it.

I missed all the TBDC stuff, I assume it is going again this year?
Can someone send me the rules, and does anyone have the results of
last years TBDC they could send along also?
