      Be sure to thank these TopBand Enthusiasts after the test for the
magnaminity they display in sponsoring these awards. Decisions and
interpretations regarding these awards will be made by this committee,
with selected requested input as necessary. Final determinations will
be fairly adjudicated, although it may appear capricious and arbitrary to
the untrained mind.
