TopBand: JA frequency allowcations on 160 meters

     Hi Gang
     
     I read (probably wrongly) that the JA's were getting an allocation 
     near 1824 Khz?  I guess this is a typo or a listening frequency?  Any 
     truth to this tale?
     
     Maybe one of the Japanese on this reflector could comment?
