TopBand: EM1KA QSL Info

There has been an on going discussion on Packet Cluster about the proper
route for this station since cards were bouncing at the DXCC desk in what
appeared to be a random pattern. 

I telephoned Bill Kenemer, K5FUV, and recived the following information:

The original manager was 9H3UP and this path was good for QSO's before
August 23, 1996. It was on that date that they (the ARRL) learned that
9H3UP was our old friend Romeo. Apparently that path is still good for
the procrastinators amongst us but it remains to be seen if Romeo will
even respond.

The current path is via JA2JPA and his address follows. Bill mentioned
that he is a high level traveling exec for a motorcycle company and that
a 6 month turn around should be considered.
