TopBand: BV7FC, P29VXX

Worked BV7FC this morning 20 Feb 1413z 1823 khz., about 5 minutes before our
sunrise.  Been trying for that region since November so this was pretty
exciting.
Also heard him qso N7EX and N7UA in WA.

P29VXX has been qrv on 10101 khz at 15z this am.  He said their big 160m
antenna has not arrived yet, but that they hoped it would be by tomorrow and
then they would be qrv on 160m.  QSL DL7UFN.
