TopBand: P29VXX now QRV 160!

        Was tuning around this morning and suddenly heard "P29VXX,
P29VXX" on 1826.5.  First thought it was someone calling him but
I called and it was Mar!  He said I was his first QSO on 160 so
now they must have the antenna up.  He peaked 579 here just after
sunrise.  He's following the same routine as S21XX, transmitting
on 1826.5 and listening up 5.  Good luck to everyone!
