TopBand: 2 wire beverages - more

     Dear crew:
     
     Any thoughts on running the two wires above/below each other rather 
     than side by side?  I have heard differing opinions on this one.  When 
     using long fenceposts and electric fence type insulators, it sure is 
     easy to space one wire above the other on the post.
     
     On a two wire beverage, how important is it (or is it important at 
     all) to terminate the unused port when using a relay to the switch 
     coax between ports?
