TopBand: Double your pleasure

I was pleasantly surprised to find UN5J calling CQ on 1831 at 14:40z, even
more pleasantly surprised to have him pass the QSO to UN7JID, RW0YY, and
UA0ACG in a Russian "round robin". Other lucky folks were N6TR and N6FF,
others I'm sure but I went off to tune the band with those kind of condx!

A new one for me and I still need QSl for UA0 maybe I'll get lucky on
these. UN5J said QSL to W#HNK by the way.
