TopBand: Update from XU6WV

[jsweeney]

Mike, XU6WV, will be active in the 160 contest this weekend,
but was not able to get properly licensed at the seaside
location.  Thus, he is operating with less than an ideal
antenna from his regular QTH in Phnom Penh.

He does expect to get the licensing issues solved in 2-3 weeks.
